I direct and manage 5 artists across a variety of games.  I do the hiring, scheduling, conduct performance reviews and guide the look of the games - both by facilitating an open, critique friendly atmosphere and by giving direct and specific feedback to each person.  I'm also a full time artist.

I spent two years animating and designing in Flash. I worked as a UI Artist at EA, a Flash animator on Mucha Lucha, (and a couple of unsuccessful pilots) and as an interactive animator and designer at an exhibit design firm.
